Home pickup procedure
100% COMFORTABLE, SAFE AND CONVENIENT
A procedure set up by Bonanno Jewelers to safely send us your valuables without moving from home.
1. Prepare the following documents and information:
- double-sided identity document
- Address of Residence
- Photo of the tax code
- Phone number
- Physical address of the pickup where the courier should pick up the package
- IBAN Code
2. Our courier Ferrari s.p.a. will come by, at our expense, to pick up the watch
the package which will be insured for the total value of the goods and will be delivered to our jewelry store within 2/3 days
4. Control and Analysis of Goods
One of our staff will check the actual compliance of the goods
5. Purchase Practice Subscription
You will receive a completed purchase receipt that you must sign and email to us
6. Payment
An immediate transfer will be made for the stipulated value and you will be notified of the payment details
