Reference 6241 was produced from 1965 to 1969. It traces the characteristics of the Cosmograph6239except for the newly designed bezel.
The bezel, in fact, is made in two bodies, one being the outer metal ring in which the second body, namely a black acrylic insert with the tachymeter scale printed in white, is housed.
Experts indicate no more than 2,000 examples for steel cases and around 400 examples in yellow gold divided between 14kt and 18kt.
