Reference 1463 was produced from 1940 until the late 1960s
Among the most popular vintage wrist chronograph watches on the market today.
First Patek chronograph model equipped with a water-resistant case (later followed by ref. 1563).
Because of the robust proportions of the case and buttons, it turns out to be much more appreciated in the present day rather than at the time of production.
The movement is hand-wound named Patek 13/130. It was made in yellow gold, rose gold, and the rarest in steel.
In particular, this 1945 yellow gold model is one of the very first made by Patek, featuring an indelible dial with yellow gold Roman numerals at 6 and 12 o'clock and baton hour markers. Preserved in excellent condition with Patek Philippe extract.
